What is Degree Decisions?We're a careers and education platform helping teenagers across the UK figure out their next steps — whether that's A-Levels, BTECs, university, or apprenticeships.

What you'll be doingYou'll support the people side of running Degree Decisions. That means helping with recruitment admin, drafting job descriptions, keeping records up to date, and supporting any onboarding as the team grows. You'll also get involved in the day-to-day processes that help a small organisation run smoothly and fairly.

It's a small team, which means you'll get real exposure to how HR works in practice, not just paperwork and policy filing.

You'll be a good fit if you:

• Are currently studying towards or have recently started an HR or people management apprenticeship

• Are organised, discreet, and take confidentiality seriously

• Have good written communication skills and a methodical approach to admin

• Are interested in how organisations recruit, develop, and look after their people
