About the role

About the Role 

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the effective delivery of administrative duties for the RNIB Services Content Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Processing requests for information in a range of formats.
    Using Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMS).

  • Supporting the team by processing postal requests for information and correspondence

  • Preparing documents, data entry and liaising with internal colleagues.
