In simple terms, Physics could be considered as the science of matter, motion and energy.
The Physics A-Level syllabus can cover a range of topics including: mechanics, materials, space, waves, electricity and circuits, electric and magnetic fields, thermodynamics, nuclear radiation, particles.
The course allows for practical investigations to use apparatus and techniques, develop knowledge and research skills and link them to theory.

Prerequisites
Higher level Maths at GCSE (or equivalent) is required as a portion of the course requires maths skills.
