
Geography A-Level
Geography A-Level incorporates Human and Physical Geography content allowing you to understand their main elements
and how they coincide. You will be encouraged to think both locally and globally while understanding geographical topics and develop an understanding of space, place and location.
Physical Geography components might include: climate change, river processes and hazards, hydrology, physical environments, rocks and weathering. Human Geography components can include: population, migration, environmental management, global interdependence and economic transition.
Some exam boards allow you to perform investigative fieldwork which you will then analyse and critique.
